PawGram（ポーグラム）／最終更新日: 2026年8月6日

PawGram は、入力された内容を端末の中に保存します。ログインせずに使っているあいだは、愛犬の情報・記録・写真が当方や外部のサーバーに送信されることはありません。

ご家族やパートナーと記録を共有する機能をお使いになる場合にかぎり、ログインが必要になり、記録の一部をクラウドにお預かりします。写真はどの場合でもお預かりしません。詳しくは第3条をご覧ください。

1. 事業者

neomorph（ネオモルフ／代表松元駿）（以下「当方」）

2. 端末内に保存する情報

次の情報を、利用者の端末内に保存します。

愛犬の情報（名前、犬種、生年月日、性別、避妊去勢の有無、写真、イメージカラー）
体重の記録と、そこから計算した必要カロリー・給与量の履歴
日々の記録（便の状態、体調、活動、ケア、メモ）
フードの情報（名称、カロリー、内容量、価格、在庫）
お出かけ先の情報（名称、種別、メモ、位置情報、訪問日）
おかねの記録（支出、定期支払い、買いたいもの）
アプリの設定（言語、単位、通貨、リマインドの設定など）

ログインしていない場合、これらはすべて端末内にとどまります。アプリを削除すると端末から消去され、当方は復元できません。なお、端末のOSが提供するバックアップ機能（iCloud バックアップ、Android バックアップ）の対象になる場合があり、その取り扱いは各OS提供者の定めに従います。

3. クラウドにお預かりする情報（共有機能をお使いの場合）

3-1. お預かりが始まる条件
次のすべてを満たしたときにかぎり、記録のクラウドへの保存と端末間の同期が始まります。

Apple または Google のアカウントでログインしていること
グループを作成した、または招待を受けてグループに参加していること
そのグループで PawGram Plus が契約されていること

ログインしただけでは同期は始まりません。グループから抜ければ、その端末の同期は止まります。

3-2. お預かりする情報
【アカウントに関する情報】

利用者を識別するための固有のID（当方が発行するもので、氏名や連絡先とは別のものです）
メールアドレス（Apple または Google から提供されるもの）
表示名（Apple または Google に登録された名前。アプリ内でいつでも変更・削除できます）

表示名を設定していない場合、グループの一覧にはメールアドレスが表示されます。他の方にメールアドレスを見せたくない場合は、設定画面から表示名をご登録ください。
【記録に関する情報】
第2条に挙げた記録のうち、写真を除いたすべてをお預かりします。具体的には、愛犬の情報（名前・犬種・生年月日・性別・避妊去勢の有無・イメージカラー・食べているフード・食事回数）、体重と給与量の履歴、日々の記録、フードの情報、お出かけ先の情報（位置情報を含みます）、おかねの記録、ケアの設定です。
【グループに関する情報】
グループの所有者、メンバーの一覧、人数、契約の状態、招待コードとその使用状況。

3-3. 写真について
写真はお預かりしません。端末の中だけに保存され、クラウドへ送信されることも、他の端末に共有されることもありません。機種変更の際も引き継がれません。写真ごと保存されたい場合は、設定画面の書き出し機能でファイルとして保存してください。

3-4. 保管場所と委託先
お預かりした情報は、Google LLC が提供する Firebase（Cloud Firestore および Firebase Authentication）の日本国内のデータセンター（東京リージョン）に保管します。当方は同社に情報の取り扱いを委託しており、同社の定めに従って管理されます。

3-5. 誰が見られるか
同じグループのメンバー（最大5アカウント）が、そのグループの記録を見て編集できます。グループ外の第三者に提供することはありません。当方は運用上必要な範囲でのみ情報に接します。

3-6. 保管する期間

契約中: 削除の操作をされないかぎり、期間を定めずお預かりします。「1年前の通院履歴が見たい」といった場面のために、古い記録も残します。
解約後: 解約から12か月が経過した時点で、お預かりしている記録を削除します。それまでに再びご契約いただければ、記録はそのままお使いいただけます。
お支払いの方がグループを抜けた場合: 30日間の猶予期間を設け、その間に他のメンバーがご契約いただければグループを引き継げます。引き継がれなかった場合は、解約と同じ扱いになります。
アカウントの削除、グループの削除、アプリ内の「データをリセット」を行った場合は、その時点で削除します。

4. 外部に送信される情報

アプリの機能上、次の場合に外部のサービスと通信します。

Google（Firebase）ログインと記録の保管

送信される情報: 第3条に記載したもの
タイミング: ログインしたとき、およびグループで同期しているあいだ

Apple / Google（サインイン）

送信される情報: ログインの要求（各社が定める認証の手続きに従います）
タイミング: 「Appleでサインイン」「Googleでサインイン」を押したとき

MapTiler（地図の表示）

送信される情報: 表示している地図の範囲、IPアドレス、端末の種別（User-Agent）
タイミング: おでかけマップの「地図」を表示したとき

OpenStreetMap Foundation（Nominatim／住所・地名の検索）

送信される情報: 入力された検索語、IPアドレス
タイミング: 場所の登録画面で住所や店名を検索したとき

Google（Google マップ）

送信される情報: 選択した場所の座標または名称
タイミング: 「Googleマップで開く」「経路を見る」を押したとき（外部のアプリまたはブラウザに移動します）

Apple / Google（お支払い）

送信される情報: 購入に関する情報
タイミング: PawGram Plus を購入・復元したとき。当方はクレジットカード番号などのお支払い情報を受け取らず、保有もしません。

各社における取り扱いは、それぞれの定めに従います。

5. 端末の機能の利用

位置情報

用途: お出かけ先を登録するときに、現在地の座標を入力欄に埋めるため。
取得するタイミング: 「現在地を使う」を押したときのみ
取得した座標は場所の記録の一部となり、共有機能をお使いの場合はグループのメンバーと共有されます。位置情報を共有したくない場合は、場所を登録しないか、座標を消してご利用ください。

通知

用途: 体重の再計測、ケアの時期、記録のリマインドをお知らせするため。通知はすべて端末内で組み立てられ、外部のサーバーは介しません。
取得するタイミング: リマインドを有効にしたときのみ

写真

用途: 愛犬の写真を設定するため。選ばれた1枚だけを縮小して端末内に保存します。写真ライブラリ全体を読み取ることはありません。
取得するタイミング: 「写真を変更」から画像を選んだときのみ

いずれも許可しないまま使い続けることができます。許可はいつでも端末の設定から取り消せます。

6. 書体について

本アプリで使用する書体はアプリ内に同梱しており、外部の配信サービス（Google Fonts など）から取得することはありません。

7. 行っていないこと

利用状況の解析（アナリティクス）、クラッシュレポートの収集
広告の配信、広告目的の識別子の取得
第三者への情報の販売・提供
利用者の行動を他社のアプリやサイトにまたいで追跡すること
お支払い情報（クレジットカード番号など）の取得・保有

8. 子どもの利用について

本アプリは特定の年齢層を対象としたものではありません。ログインには Apple または Google のアカウントが必要であり、その利用条件は各社の定めに従います。

9. 利用者の権利

お預かりしている情報について、開示・訂正・削除・利用停止をご請求いただけます。多くは次の方法でご自身で行えます。

確認・訂正: アプリ内でいつでも編集できます。
書き出し: 設定画面の書き出し機能で、写真を含めた全データをファイルとして取り出せます。
削除: アプリ内の「アカウントを削除」でアカウントとお預かりしている記録を削除できます。グループから抜けるだけであれば「グループを抜ける」をお使いください。
上記で対応できない場合は info@neomorph.jp までご連絡ください。ご本人であることを確認のうえ、合理的な期間内に対応します。

10. サービスの終了について

当方の都合により本サービスの提供を終了する場合、終了日の90日前までにアプリ内および本ページでお知らせします。終了までのあいだ、記録の書き出しをご案内します。サブスクリプションは終了に先立って自動更新を停止し、終了日をもってお預かりしている情報を削除します。詳しくは利用規約第9条をご確認ください。

11. 本ポリシーの変更

内容を変更する場合は、本ページの最終更新日を改めて掲載します。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内でもお知らせします。

Privacy Policy

PawGram stores what you enter on your device. While you use the app without signing in, none of your dog's details, records or photos are sent to us or to any external server.

If you choose to share records with your family or partner, you will need to sign in, and we will hold some of your records in the cloud. Photos are never held by us, in any case. See Section 3 for details.

1. Who we are

2. Information stored on your device

The following is stored on your device:

Your dog's profile (name, breed, date of birth, sex, whether neutered or spayed, photo, colour)
Weight records and the calculated calorie and portion history derived from them
Daily logs (stool condition, condition, activity, care, notes)
Food details (name, calories, pack size, price, stock)
Saved places (name, type, notes, location, date visited)
Spending records (expenses, subscriptions, wishlist)
App settings (language, units, currency, reminders and so on)

If you are not signed in, all of this stays on your device. Deleting the app erases it, and we cannot restore it. Note that it may be included in backups provided by your operating system (iCloud Backup, Android Backup); those are handled under the terms of the respective OS provider.

3. Information held in the cloud (when you use sharing)

3-1. When cloud storage begins

Records are stored in the cloud and synchronised between devices only when all of the following are true:

You are signed in with an Apple or Google account
You have created a group, or joined one by invitation
PawGram Plus is subscribed for that group

Signing in alone does not start synchronisation. If you leave the group, that device stops synchronising.

3-2. What we hold

Account information

A unique identifier used to identify you (issued by us; separate from your name or contact details)
Your email address (as provided by Apple or Google)
Your display name (as registered with Apple or Google; you can change or clear it in the app at any time)

If you have not set a display name, your email address appears in the group member list. If you would rather not show your email address to other members, please set a display name in Settings.

Record information

Everything listed in Section 2 except photos. Specifically: your dog's profile (name, breed, date of birth, sex, whether neutered or spayed, colour, food, meals per day), weight and portion history, daily logs, food details, saved places (including their location), spending records, and care settings.

Group information

The group owner, the member list, the number of members, the subscription status, and invite codes and their use.

3-3. About photos

We do not hold your photos. They are stored on your device only. They are never uploaded, never shared with other devices, and are not carried over when you change devices. If you want to keep your photos, use the export feature in Settings to save them to a file.

3-4. Where it is held, and who processes it

What we hold is stored on Firebase (Cloud Firestore and Firebase Authentication), provided by Google LLC, in a data centre in Japan (Tokyo region). We entrust the handling of this information to Google, and it is managed under their terms.

3-5. Who can see it

Members of the same group (up to 5 accounts) can view and edit that group's records. We do not provide the information to any third party outside the group. We access it only to the extent necessary to operate the service.

3-6. How long we keep it

While subscribed: we keep it indefinitely unless you delete it. Older records are kept so that, for example, you can look back at a vet visit from a year ago.
After cancellation: we delete what we hold 12 months after cancellation. If you subscribe again before then, your records will still be there.
If the subscriber leaves the group: there is a 30-day grace period. If another member subscribes within that period, the group carries on. If not, it is treated the same as cancellation.
If you delete your account, delete the group, or use "Reset data" in the app, we delete it at that point.

4. Information sent to third parties

The app communicates with the following services:

Google (Firebase) — sign-in and storage of records

Sent: the information described in Section 3
When: when you sign in, and while your group is synchronising

Apple / Google (sign-in)

Sent: the sign-in request, following each provider's authentication process
When: when you tap "Sign in with Apple" or "Sign in with Google"

MapTiler (map display)

Sent: the map area being displayed, IP address, device type (User-Agent)
When: when you open the map in Places

OpenStreetMap Foundation (Nominatim — address and place search)

Sent: your search term, IP address
When: when you search for an address or place name while adding a place

Google (Google Maps)

Sent: the coordinates or name of the place you selected
When: when you tap "Open in Google Maps" or "Directions" (this opens an external app or browser)

Apple / Google (payment)

Sent: purchase information
When: when you buy or restore PawGram Plus. We do not receive or hold payment details such as card numbers.

Each company handles this under its own terms.

5. Device capabilities

Location

Purpose: to fill in the coordinates of where you are when you add a place.
When: only when you tap "Use current location"
The coordinates become part of the saved place. If you use sharing, they are shared with your group. If you would rather not share a location, do not save the place, or clear its coordinates.

Notifications

Purpose: to remind you about re-weighing, care schedules and daily logs. Notifications are composed entirely on your device; no external server is involved.
When: only when you turn reminders on

Photos

Purpose: to set a photo of your dog. Only the single photo you choose is resized and stored on your device. We never read your photo library as a whole.
When: only when you pick an image from "Change photo"

You can continue to use the app without granting any of these. You can withdraw permission at any time in your device settings.

6. Fonts

The fonts used in the app are bundled within it. They are not fetched from an external service such as Google Fonts.

7. What we do not do

Usage analytics or crash reporting
Advertising, or collecting advertising identifiers
Selling or providing information to third parties
Tracking you across other companies' apps or websites
Collecting or holding payment details such as card numbers

8. Children

The app is not directed at any particular age group. Signing in requires an Apple or Google account, and the conditions for those accounts are set by the respective provider.

9. Your rights

You may request disclosure, correction, deletion, or suspension of use of the information we hold. Most of this you can do yourself:

View and correct: edit anything in the app at any time.
Export: use the export feature in Settings to take out all of your data, including photos, as a file.
Delete: use "Delete account" in the app to delete your account and the records we hold. If you only want to leave the group, use "Leave group".
If none of the above covers your request, contact info@neomorph.jp. We will verify your identity and respond within a reasonable period.

10. If the service ends

If we discontinue the service, we will give notice in the app and on this page at least 90 days before the closing date. We will explain how to export your records during that period. Subscriptions will be set not to renew ahead of the closing date, and we will delete what we hold on that date. See Section 9 of the Terms of Use for details.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the last-updated date on this page. For significant changes, we will also notify you in the app.
